Dance is the movement of life.

Helen Rea, a dance teacher and Craniosacral Therapist, has taught dance to adult dance students of all levels (beginner through professional) for close to 30 years and currently teaches at CityDance Center at Strathmore Arts Center, Dance Place, Joy of Motion and at her studio in Silver Spring.
