Dance is a visceral celebration of the mind, body and spirit in motion.
Dance is an underlying pulsating breath expressed through flesh.
Dance is rhythm, flow, and stillness living through our body… our temple.
Dance is the up and down, in and out, here and there of our total being.
Dance is medicine for the soul.
Dance is a process of becoming.
Dance is giving thanks for what is sacred in our lives.
Dance is community.
Dance is god moving through us.
Dance is the harmonius manifestation of energy opposites.
Dance is silence come alive.
Dance is healing energy shared.
Dance is our way of saying thank you for all that is.
Dance is divine.
Dance is joy in motion.
Dance is sweet and sweat.
Dance is the work of happy feet.
Dance is for everyone.
