Dance is a lifeline.
Dance does not lie (there’s nowhere to hide). No matter
where I am or what I’m doing, that moment becomes a dance at the instant of
acknowledgement.

Robin Gilmore is the author of “What Every Dancer Needs to Know About the Body,” a workbook of Body Mapping and the Alexander Technique.
